BirdLife are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and management experience to lead the European and Central Asia Division of BirdLife International to deliver high quality services to enable the BirdLife Partnership to make a tangible contribution to protecting and restoring nature in the region. This person will be responsible for leading regional conservation work in line with the BirdLife strategy and programmes. He or she will facilitate fundraising for BirdLife's common work and promote joint initiatives and represent BirdLife in the region.
